Departments set up to achieve the goals of the trust organization
To achieve the goals set in our vision and mission statements, the trust has subsidiaries that endeavors to identify, educate and empower the vulnerable children, elderly and the disabled. These are:

1) Modeling : Provide a platform for individuals to showcase their modeling skills and build confidence
2) Poetry: Encourage individuals to express themselves through poetry and provide a platform for performance
3) Drama: Provide training and opportunities for individuals to develop their acting skills.

Healthcare Workers: Nurse Aides and other healthcare professionals who require training and support.
Communities Affected By Any Healthy Outbreaks : We provide support and donations to areas affected by any health outbreaks such as cholera, climatic changes, hunger etc.Programmes and Initiatives
Disease Outbreak Response We provide donations and support to areas affected by disease outbreaks, helping to alleviate the suffering and promote healthy practices.
Eden-Gardens Toilet Building Scheme We construct and maintain toilet facilities in underserved areas, promoting hygiene and dignity for vulnerable groups.
Food Donations We provide food assistance to vulnerable groups, including Orphans, the Elderly, Disabled individuals, and people with Albinism countrywide.Education Department

- Merit-based scholarship for outstanding students
- Covers tuition fees and other educational expenses
- Recipients become ambassadors for Eden-Gardens Education Department

Agriculture Department
Roadrunner Scheme
The Roadrunner Scheme is an initiative of the Eden-Gardens Trust Organisation’s Agriculture Department, designed to empower vulnerable groups in both rural and urban areas of Zimbabwe. The scheme specializes in breeding, rearing, and distributing roadrunners for meat and egg production, with a focus on sustainability.
Goat Scheme
Our Goat Scheme focuses on breeding and rearing goats for meat, milk, and fiber production, with a strong emphasis on maximizing by-products, sustainability, and quality production.
Animal Husbandry
Our Animal Husbandry program focuses on the care and management of animals, with an emphasis on sustainable and regenerative practices. We prioritize the health and wellbeing of our animals, while also promoting environmentally friendly farming methods.
Rabbit Scheme
The Rabbit Scheme is an initiative of the Eden-Gardens Trust Organisation, aimed at empowering vulnerable communities across the country. The scheme involves breeding and rearing rabbits for meat and fur production, using predominantly natural resources and sustainable practices.
Vegetable Scheme
Our Vegetable Scheme is a sustainable agriculture initiative that focuses on cultivating a diverse range of vegetables for food and nutrition. We prioritize organic farming methods and precision agriculture techniques to ensure a consistent supply of fresh, healthy produce while promoting environmental stewardship.
Sweet-potato Scheme
Our Sweet-potato Scheme is a regenerative agriculture initiative that focuses on cultivating sweet potatoes for food and nutrition while promoting soil health and biodiversity. We prioritize sustainable farming practices, efficient irrigation systems, and crop rotation to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality sweetpotatoes.
